摘 要:基于某钢厂的铸机条件,建立了三维热弹塑性有限元模型,得到了不同厚度铜板的温度、变形量和等效应力应变的分布状态,指导了河北普阳钢铁有限公司结晶器的设计。结果表明:铜板越厚,热面温度越高,等效应力越小,变形量越大。铜板厚度每增加5 mm,热面最高温度将相应增加30℃左右;热面最大等效应力将减小7.5 MPa左右;热面最大变形量将相应增加0.05 mm左右;较薄的铜板可减少浇铸过程中铜板的热变形。In connection with the practical conditions of one caster in a specific plant a three-dimensional thermal elastic-plastic finite element model is established and distribu- tions of temperature, deformation rate and equivalent stress-strain for copper plates with different thickness are obtained. All those parameters are used to guide the design of mold in the Steelmaking Co. , Ltd. of Hebei Puyang Iron & Steel Corporation. Results show that the thicker the copper plate is, the higher the temperature will be at the hot surface, and the less the equivalent stress is, the larger the deformation rate will become. Every 5 mm increase in the thickness of the copper plate will inevitably lead to about 30℃ temperature increase in the highest hot surface and about 7. 5 MPa reduction of the maximum equivalent stress at the hot surface and about 0. 05 mm increase of the maximum deformation rate at the hot surface. Thinner copper plate is more helpful for reduction of the hot deformation of the copper plate in the process of casting.
