摘 要:以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)等为主要原料,采用自乳化法制备具有核壳结构的无皂苯丙乳液。研究了丙烯酸用量、中和度、核单体用量及引发剂用量等因素对制备过程、乳液及涂膜性能的影响,并用FT-IR、TEM对聚合物和胶粒结构进行了表征。研究表明:当丙烯酸用量为15%~20%、中和度为90%、核单体用量为30%时,乳液的粒径小,自乳化性、稳定性达到最佳,且由此乳液配制的水性上光油具有较高的光泽,良好的耐水性和耐磨性。A soapfree styrene- acrylic emulsion with coreshell structure has been prepared by styrene (St), methyl methacrylate ( MMA), butyl acrylate ( BA ) and acrylic acid (AA) via a self - emulsifying process. The effect of content of acrylic acid, neutralization degree, the dosages of core monomer and the amount of initiator on the preparation process, the emulsion and film properties were investigated. The poly- mer and the particle structures were characterized by use of FT - IR and TEM. The results showed that the optimum performance was obtained with the content of AA, neutralization degree, core monomer 15% 20%, 90% and 30% respectively. The varnish formulated with this emulsion could provide gloss, good wa- ter resistance and rub resistance for paper printing.
