摘　　要：目的观察丹参粉针治疗冠心病心绞痛及心电图改变的疗效。方法选择冠心病患者80例,停用血管扩张剂、抗凝药及抗心律失常药物,高血压患者继续服用降压药物,加用丹参粉针治疗。观察治疗前后临床心绞痛症状,心电图改变,动态心电图检查。结果患者临床心绞痛症状缓解、心电图好转、动态心电图期前收缩指标改善,且无不良反应出现。结论使用丹参粉针辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛,尤其对冠心病合并心律失常是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To Investigate the therapeutic effect of salvia miltiorrhiza powder on coronary heart disease with angina and the change of electrocardiograms.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza powder only without vasodilating agent,anticoagulant and antiarrhythmic drug.These 80 with hypertension were treated with antihypertensive drugs simultaneously.Investigate the symptoms of angina,the change of electrocardiogram and holter monitoring electrocardiogram before and after treatments.Results The clinic symptoms were relived,the electrocardiograms were improved and the holter indicators of premature beat were ameliorated.Adverse reaction were not occurred.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza powder is a safe and effective adjunctive drug on coronary heart disease with angina especially the patients with arrhythmia.
