摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸科临床药学服务模式,促进临床合理用药。方法对本院临床药师在呼吸科开展药学服务工作的实践进行分析与总结。结果开展临床药学服务工作,可以提高临床合理用药水平,保障患者用药安全。结论临床药师积极开展药学服务,对确保药物疗效、降低不良反应发生率、减少不合理用药等方面起着重要的作用。Objective To research into the service mode of clinical pharmacy in respiratory department,and to promote clinical rational drug use.Methods Analyzing and summarizing the clinical pharmacists＇s practice in the pharmaceutical care of respiratory department.Results The pharmaceutical care carried out can help improve the level of clinical rational drug use and ensure the security of drug use in patients.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists＇ activeness in undertaking pharmaceutical care plays an essential role in such aspects like ensuring the drug efficacy,reducing the incidence of ADR and reducing irrational drug use.
