摘 要:赵楼煤矿3302轨道巷为埋藏千米的深井巷道,在原支护条件下顶板沉降量大,围岩变形严重。针对此,采用钻孔窥视仪及地质雷达探测了巷道围岩的破裂区域,并对松动破坏规律进行了分析。根据探测结果,提出了高预应力锚索梁支护优化方案,利用离散元数值软件UDEC对方案优化前后的围岩裂隙分布及锚杆(索)受力进行了分析。数值模拟及现场监测结果表明,提高锚杆(索)预紧力可有效地控制锚固区内顶板离层,增强顶板的完整性;高预应力锚索梁支护方案显著改善了巷道围岩控制效果。No.3302 roadway in Zhaolou coal mine belongs to the deep roadway with the depth of 1000 m.Because of the large settlement under the original supporting conditions,the surrounding rock was deformed seriously.The fractured zones of surrounding rock were monitored by the borehole camera and the ground penetrating radar,and the loosening and failure laws were analyzed.Based on the monitoring data,the high-prestressed anchor cable beam was proposed as an optimized supporting plan.The crack distribution of surrounding rock and the forces on the anchor bolt or cable before and after the support optimization were analyzed using Universal Distinct Element Code(UDEC) software.The results from numerical simulation and the field monitoring data showed that the increase of pre-stress on the anchor bolt or cable could validly control the roof separation in the anchorage zone and maintain the integrity of roof,indicating that the high-prestressed anchor cable beam could effectively improve the control effect on the surrounding rock in roadways.
