摘 要:针对吉林临江羚羊铁矿石,以松树沟煤为还原剂,在实验室箱式电阻炉中进行深度还试验研究。主要考察了还原温度、还原时间、料层厚度以及配碳量对深度还原过程的影响。在还原温度为1 275℃、还原时间为40 min、料层厚度40 mm、配煤过剩系数为3.3的条件下进行深度还原,还原熟料磨至-0.074 mm占80%后经1次弱磁选可获得全铁品位为89.99%、回收率为95.22%的深度还原铁粉产品。The deep reduction tests were conducted for the Lingyang iron ore from Linjiang,Jilin,in the Laboratory box resistor-stove with the coal from Songshugou as reducting agents.The effects of reduction temperature,reduction time,thickness of feed layer and coal content were investigated.The deep reduction tests were conducts on the condition of reduction temperature at 1 275 ℃,reduction time at 40 min,thickness of feed layer at 40 mm and excess coal blending multiple 3.3,and then the iron powder products with iron grade 89.99% and recovery 95.22% were obtained via one magnetic separation for deep reduction products which was ground to the content of less then 0.074 mm occupying for 80%.
