摘　　要：目的探讨经周围静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的并发症发生原因及其相应护理对策。方法分析38例产生PICC置管后并发症患者的详细观察记录资料,找出发生并发症的原因并给予相应护理。结果 38例PICC置管患者发生的并发症依次为机械性静脉炎、导管相关性感染、导管堵塞、穿刺点渗血、导管脱出、导管异位,经相应护理后均痊愈。结论 PICC留置期间的常见并发症大多有据可循,通过医患双方的共同重视和护理人员的积极干预可极大程度地降低其发生率并减少其损害程度。Objective To evaluate the peripheral vein central ven0~s catheter （PICC） complication causes and the appropriate care measures. Methods Analysis of 38 cases have PICC catheter complications in patients after detailed observation data, identify the causes of complications and appropriate care. Results All of 38 cases patients with PICC catheter complications were mechanical phlebitis, catheter-related infection, catheter blockage, puncture site bleeding, catheter extrusion,catheter ectopic, were cured by the appropriate after care. Conclusion Indwelling PICC most common complication during the evidence-based, joint attention by both doctors and patients and nursing staff＇s positive intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of and reduce the extent of the damaze.
