摘　　要：做为一个医务工作者,除了从医疗实践中去获取医学知识和经验外,检索医学文献并获取原文是医学临床、科研、教学人员继承前人成果的重要途径。当前医学文献数量大、内容更新快,要想用最少的时间和精力,了解和掌握医学发展的最新成果,继承他人的科学成就,扩大自己的知识视野,对广大医务工作者和科研人员来说是一个重大的挑战。本文简单介绍了如何检索医学文献及几种获取全文的途径和方法,可以让他们方便快捷的获取所需的医学文献。As a medical worker,doctors,researchers and teachers in medical school, to acquire medical knowledge by searching literature and getting the original, is an important way to inherit previous results, apart from medical practice and experience. Current medical literature is large quantities, and fast updating. How to use the least time to master the latest evolution of medical advances, is a major challenge for all the medical workers. This paper briefly describes how to search literature, and introduces several ways to search full-text,for medical workers acquiring the literatures which they need, easier and faster.
