化瘀杀胚汤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药化瘀杀胚汤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效和安全性。方法 90例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组:治疗组45例予口服米非司酮200 mg/d,连用3 d,并加用中药自拟化瘀杀胚汤;对照组45例单用米非司酮200 mg/d,连用3 d,监测血β-HCG水平及包块变化情况,记录β-HCG降至正常及包块消失所需时间。结果治疗组成功率(84.4%)显著高于对照组(62.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组β-HCG复常时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组包块消失时间快于对照组(P<0.05),研究中未发现与药物治疗有关的不良反应。结论化瘀杀胚汤、米非司酮均能有效地治疗异位妊娠,两者合用有协同作用,治疗异位妊娠疗效比单用米非司酮好。Objective To explore the clinical effects of mifepristone combined with huayu shapei prescription in the treatment of eclopic pregnancy. Methods All of 90 patienets with eclopic pregnancyecl were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment and group and control group.The combined treatment group was treated with huayu shapei prescription and mifepristone.The control group was treated with mifepristone.The time of β-HCG reducing to normal and masses disapear qnce was obserned. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 84.5%, and it was higher than the control group （62.50%） （P 〈 0.05）. The time of β-HCG reducing to normal in treatment group was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The time masses disapearqnce in treatment group was speed than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There were no adverse drug reactions resulting from using drugs in the research. Conclusion Huayu shapei prescription and mifepristone therapy may effectively treat eclopic pregnancy.The effect of combined using on eclopic pregnancy is superior to that of simple mifepristone.
