摘　　要：胃脘痛是内科常见病证,根据黄徳彰主任医师40余年胃脘痛诊疗经验,经笔者临床30余年体会总结,结合西医的诊断和药性分析,提出肝胃不和、饮食停滞、肝火犯胃、脾胃虚寒、气虚血瘀、阴虚血热等六大辨治纲要,以指导胃脘疼痛的临床诊断与治疗。Epigastric pain is a familiar disease.This article was according to the author′s father HUANG De-zhang,chief physician＇s more than 40 years experience for diagnosis and treatment of egigastric pain and summarized self＇s more than 30 years experience and comprehension of clinical treatment,combined with the diagnosis of western medicine treatment and analysis of drug properties,then plot out this compendium in order to help follow-workers and comrades.
