针刀松解术联合骶管阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀松解术联合骶管阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和安全性。方法:49例腰椎间盘突出症患者在X光机定位下行针刀松解术联合骶管阻滞治疗,在治疗前、治疗后7 d、30 d、3个月、6个月对如下疗效与安全性指标进行评价。疗效指标包括:疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS);局部压痛评分;直腿抬高角度;疗效评定等指标。结果:经治疗后第7 d、30 d、3个月、6个月,患者各项指标均有明显的改善﹙P<0.05﹚,第7 d时总有效率达到100﹪,第3个月及6个月总有效率为97.9﹪及95.9﹪。49例治疗无一例出现不良反应。结论:X光机定位下行针刀松解术联合骶管阻滞治疗疼痛具有疗效确切、稳定、安全性高、不良反应少等优点。Objective：Observe the needle knife surgery combined with caudal block for lumbar disc herniation of the efficacy and safety.Methods： 49 patients with lumbar disc herniation in patients with X-ray machine positioning downstream needle knife surgery combined caudal block treatment,before treatment,after 7 days,30 days,3 months,6 months on the following efficacy and To evaluate the safety index.Outcome measures included： pain visual analogue scale（VAS）;local tenderness score;straight leg raising angle;efficacy evaluation and other indicators.Results： After treatment,7 days,30 days,3 months,6 months,patients were significantly improved indicators（P 0.05）,when the first 7 days and 100% total efficiency,the first 3 Month and 6 months the total effective rate was 97.9% and 95.9%.None of 49 patients with treatment of adverse reactions.Conclusion： X-ray machine positioning downstream needle knife surgery combined with caudal block for pain precise,stable efficacy,safety,adverse reactions and so on.
