远志与厚朴配伍对安神祛痰药效的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究远志配伍厚朴后,对远志的安神、祛痰止咳药效有无影响。方法:采用小鼠自主活动记数、戊巴比妥钠协同实验、气管酚红排泌试验以及浓氨水喷雾诱咳等方法,考察了远志、厚朴、远志与厚朴配伍1∶1、1∶2、1∶3组对镇静、催眠、祛痰、镇咳作用的影响。结果:①远志与厚朴配伍1∶1组,能显著提高小鼠入睡率﹙P<0.05﹚;二者配伍1∶1、1∶3组,有减少小鼠自主活动的趋势。②远志与厚朴配伍1∶1、1∶2组,均能显著延长小鼠浓氨水诱发的咳嗽潜伏时间,并减少小鼠咳嗽次数﹙P<0.05或P<0.01﹚;二者配伍1∶1、1∶2、1∶3组均能显著增加气管酚红排泌量﹙P<0.05或P<0.01﹚。结论:远志配伍厚朴后,远志的安神、祛痰止咳药效不但没有受到影响,反而增强其祛痰药效的趋势,达到了"减副存效"的配伍目的。Objective：To study the effects of the compatibility of Magnolia officinalis with Radix Polygalae on Radix Polygalae＇s calming mind,eliminating phlegm and reliving coughing effects.Methods：By using the method of recording the spontaneous movement of mice,in coordination function with the pentobarbital sodium,phenol sulfonphothalein excretion test and ammonia water induced cough method,we explored the effects of sedation,hypnosis,expectorant,antitussive in different Radix Polygalae and Cortex Magnolia officinalis compatibility groups（1∶ 1,1∶ 2 and 1∶ 3）.Result and Conclusion：① Radix Polygalae and Cortex Magnolia officinalis compatibility（1∶ 1） group had remarkably increased the mie′c sleeping ratio（P0.05）;the Radix Polygalae and Cortex Magnolia officinalis compatibility groups（1∶ 1,1∶ 3） had the trend to decrease the spontaneous movement of the mice.② Radix Polygalae-and Cortex Magnolia officinalis compatibility groups（1∶ 1,1∶ 2） could significantly prolong cough incubation period induced by ammonia and decrease the frequency of cough（P0.05）;Radix Polygalae-and Cortex Magnolia officinalis compatibility groups（1∶ 1,1∶ 2,1∶ 3） could promote the bronchotracheal secretion induced by phenol red（P0.05）.The compatibility of Polygala and Magnolia officinalis can enhance the efficacy of calming mind,expectorant and anti-cough of Polygala,reaching the compatibility＇s aim of saving the effect and reducing side.
