不同地理种源云南箭竹维管束及导管形态特征研究

摘　　要：云南箭竹是优质笋用竹种,具有较高的开发价值。通过对不同地理种源云南箭竹的竹材维管束和导管的系统的研究,为云南箭竹的利用提供了部分基础数据。通过对云南箭竹竹材切片的维管束和导管进行定量显微观测和数理统计分析比较,结果表明:云南箭竹的维管束为开放型与半开放型,同一高度的不同部位(径向)维管束的大小和分布各有不同;地理分布、秆龄及种内变异均对云南箭竹的维管束形态有显著影响;云南箭竹导管直径在径向差异显著。Fargesia yunnanensis is a special species producing high quality bamboo shoots.It has a great value for industrialized exploitation.In this study,the microscopic observation and systematic analysis were made to investigate the morphological characteristics of its vascular bundles and vessels.The results showed that the vascular bundles of F.yunnanensis were open and half-open.Geographical distribution,culm ages and intraspecific variation had significantly influences on the morphology of vascular bundles.The difference between vessels in radial was very significant.
