摘 要:永3-平9井是胜利油田第一口跨断块阶梯水平井,完钻井深2 418 m,断块前钻遇油层180 m,断块后钻遇油层110 m,断块前后垂直落差9.17 m。针对断块油藏剩余油分布相对比较零散、单井控制储量低等开发特点,利用一口跨断块阶梯水平井控制多个断块剩余油的富集区,可最大程度地接触油层,达到提高储量控制及动用程度的目标。文中分析了永3断块油藏的构造形态和储层特性,对地质靶点、井身结构、井眼轨道等进行了优化设计,通过钻井实践总结了阶梯水平井在复杂断块油藏开发中的钻井难点和技术措施。该井的成功实施,为复杂断块油藏未动用储量的经济高效开发提供了新的工程技术思路和手段。Well Yong 3-Ping 9, drilled in two fault-blocks, is the first stepped horizontal well in Shengli Oilfield, having the total depth of 2,418 m. The oil reservoirs with 180 m for the first step and 110 m for the second step are drilled. There are 9.17 m vertical throw between the two fault blocks. The dispersed remaining oil and low reservoir controlling reserves of single well make it difficult to deveh}p. The reservoir development can be improved with a stepped horizontal well which has a better drainage area and the goal of enhancing the reserves controlling and producing degree can be attained. This paper analyzes the strncture shape, the reservoir characteristics of Yong 3 fault-block reservoir and optimizes geological targets, well structure and well trajectory. Difficulties and measures of drilling stepped horizontal well are summarized based on drilling practice. The successful drilling of this well provides a new method to develop complex fault-block reservoir in economical and effective way.
