摘　　要：为了实现钢管排锯机的国产化,中国重型机械研究院有限公司研制开发了Φ325 mm钢管排锯机。本文介绍了Φ325钢管排锯机的主要技术参数、设备组成及工艺过程、设备的创新设计等。该设备适合于加工Φ(114.3～325)mm×(6～40)mm的钢管,可同时锯切成排钢管。已在国内投入生产,使用情况良好。China National Heavy Machinery Research Insititute Co. , Ltd. developed the gang saw for φ325 mm steel tube to realize the localization of the equipment. The main technical data, equipment composition, process flow and innovative design technology of the gang saw for φ325 mm steel tube are elaborated in the paper. The equipment can simultaneously cut a row of steel tubes whose diameter is in the range of 114. 3 - 325 mm and wall thickness is in the range of 6 -40 mm. The gang saw has put into use in China and works well.
