摘  要:为分析化学阻化剂防止煤自燃的阻化机理,选用质量分数为1%~20%的过硫酸钠阻化剂对煤样进行化学阻化处理,同时用清水处理的煤样作为参考。采用程序升温氧化法对煤样进行模拟氧化试验,从宏观上分析阻化前后煤样自燃特性的变化;用傅里叶红外光谱仪对煤样进行测试,从微观上分析阻化前后煤样主要活性基团的变化规律。综合分析得出:在低温阶段使用质量分数为5%的过硫酸钠阻化剂效果最好。过硫酸钠阻化剂可以促使煤中活性基团生成比较稳定的醚类、烷基类、羧酸类,可以有效防治煤自燃。In order to analyze Retarding Mechanism of chemical retarder to prevent coal spontaneous combustion,a solution with 1%~20% sodium persulfate was selected for the chemical retarding treatment of the coal samples and then the coal sample with clean water treatment was taken as the references.The programmed temperature rising oxidized method was applied to the simulation oxidization test of the coal samples and from the macro view,the variation of the coal spontaneous combustion features was analyzed before and after the retarding.The FT-IR was applied to the test of the coal samples and from the micro view,the coal sample variation law of the main active base was analyzed before and after the retarding of the coal samples.The comprehensive analysis showed that at the low temperature stage,the retarder with 5% sodium persulfate would have a good effect.The sodium persulfate retarder could make the active base in the coal to form stable etheric,alkyl and polycarboxylate and could effectively prevent and cure the coal spontaneous combustion.
