摘　　要：安徽省电力设计院是省级电力设计企业,从1994年起继CAD、网络化后就开始积极探索信息化建设,并不断追踪信息化技术发展变化。经过多年的实践探索,已经在企业建立了比较全面的信息化支撑系统,为信息化管理提供了有效的技术支撑和管理手段。本文通过作者在电力设计单位进行信息化建设的实践活动,对如何基于新一代的SOA技术进行企业信息化实践进行探讨,并对应用情况进行总结,为电力设计单位加强设计企业信息化建设提供参考。Based on workflow system help achieve the sector, the conveniently collaboration between enterprises and information gathering and processing, flowing and sharing of scientific decision-making. Based on this technology, the information system development emphasizes on understanding and analysis of an enterprise’s management system.The developed product could be more flexible and maintainable.In this article, the concept structure and method of development of work flow system were introduced and discussed,followed by an example of analyzing and developing the information system of an engineering design institute.
