摘  要:目的:磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)强化穿透单侧椎体皮质椎体钉固定的生物力学影响。方法:选用新鲜成人尸体标本16个,实验组磷酸钙骨水泥强化后椎体钉穿透单侧椎体皮质固定;对照组为无骨水泥强化,螺钉穿透双侧椎体皮质固定。应用螺钉拔出实验,记录螺钉最大拔出力并观察椎体破坏形态。结果:拉力值CPC组(1393.33±189.37)、对照组(957.42±71.34)差异有显著性,P<0.01。对照组椎体中螺钉抽出占75%(6/8),螺钉入口处皮质破损占25%(2/8)。CPC强化椎体中螺钉入口处皮质破损占87.5%(7/8),螺钉抽出占12.5%(1/8)。结论:CPC强化椎体钉后固定效果更好,增加手术安全性。Objective:To determine the biomechanics effect of Calcium Phosphate Cement(CPC)that Strengthen the penetration of unilateral vertebral cortical vertebral screw fixation. Methods:Selected 16 fresh adult cadaveric specimens.In the experimental group,CPC Strengthen the posterior vertebral body screw penetration unilateral vertebral cortical fixation.In the control group,no bone cement augmentation to screw penetration of bilateral vertebral cortical fixation.Apply screw pull-out experiment,record screw pull-out strength and the observation of vertebral destruction form. Results:The Tensile Force Values of CPC group(1393.33±189.37) and control group(957.42±71.34) have significant difference(P0.01).In the control group,vertebral body screw extraction accounted for 75% and screw entrance cortical damage accounted for 25%.In the CPC group,however,screw entrance cortical damage accounted for 87.5% and vertebral body screw extraction accounted for 12.5%. Conclusions:The effect of CPC that Strengthen vertebral screw fixation is better and increased operation safety.
