摘 要:以氯化锌、氯化铝、盐酸和聚丙烯酰胺为主要原料,制备了无机-有机锌基复合絮凝剂。以浊度去除率为考察指标,探讨了制备过程中ZnCl2、AlCl3、PAM和HCl的投加量对锌基复合絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,锌基复合絮凝剂的最佳制备条件:ZnCl2质量分数为10%,AlCl3质量分数为10%,PAM质量分数为0.015%,HCl质量分数为3%。与铝盐复合絮凝剂和铁盐复合絮凝剂相比,锌基复合絮凝剂具有絮凝沉降快、污泥体积小等特点。Using zinc chloride,aluminum chloride,hydrochloric acid and polyacrylamide as main raw materials,the inorganicorganic zincbase composite flocculant has been prepared. Turbidity removal rate is the investigation norm. The impact of the dosages of ZnCl2、AlCl3、PAM and HCl on the flocculating efficiency of zincbase composite flocculant is discussed. The results show that the optimum preparation conditions of zincbase composite flocculant are as follows:the mass fractions of ZnCl2 ,AlCl3,PAM and HCl are 10%,10%,0.015% and 3%,respectively. In comparison with aluminumsalt composite flocculant and ironsalt composite flocculant,the zincbase composite flocculant is characterized by quick flocculating settling and small sludge volume.
