摘 要:含油废水的深度处理难度较大,目前以吸附法应用最广。针对吸附剂的再生难题,提出以吸附-生物再生耦合技术深度处理含油废水。利用火电厂废弃粉煤灰经化学改性制得吸附剂,采用耐高温高效石油烃降解菌群对饱和吸附剂进行再生。吸附-生物再生技术可控制出水油质量浓度﹤1 mg/L,CODCr﹤20 mg/L,再生循环50次后再生效率维持在70%以上。现场应用结果表明:该工艺技术的出水指标比传统的处理技术更严格,而处理成本则比传统工艺降低60%以上。The oil-bearing wastewater is rather difficult to be treated,and adsorption technology is one of the most popular methods. Aiming at the problem of adsorbent regeneration,the adsorption-bio-regeneration coupling technology has been used for the advanced treatment of oil-bearing wastewater. The waste coal fly ash from the power plant is subjected to chemical modification and is used as adsorbent. The saturated adsorbent is regenerated by using high temperature resistant and efficient bacteria community. The oil content and CODCr of effluent are lower than 1 mg/L and 20 mg/L,respectively,by coupling adsorption-bio-regeneration technology. After fifty cycles of bioregeneration process,the regeneration efficiency of modified coal ash is above 70%. Field application results show that the effluent indexes of the coupling technology are stricter than that of traditional methods,but the treatment cost of the coupling technology is 60% lower than that of the traditional process.
