摘　　要：介绍了凝析油加工企业——中海石油葫芦岛精细化工有限责任公司生产污水的排放现状及现存问题。通过实施一系列清洁生产措施,最终实现了该企业生产污水的零排放,提高了企业的清洁生产水平。The present discharge situation and existing problems of the polluted industrial wastewater of CNOOC Huludao Fine Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,are introduced. Through the implementation of a series of cleaner production measures,the zero discharge of polluted industrial wastewater of the company has finally been achieved,and the cleaner production level of the company has been improved.
