摘　　要：目的:分析南宁市妇幼保健机构资源配置与运营现状,为规范建设和科学决策提供指导。方法:利用国家妇幼卫生综合信息平台网络直报系统,分析全市妇幼保健机构上报的2010年度基本情况、人力资源、设备拥有、服务提供、群体保健及科研教学等信息。结果:妇幼保健机构面临政府重视不够、财政投入不足、人员偏少及素质偏低、业务发展不平衡、科研教学弱等问题。结论:坚持政府主导,加大财政投入;强化公卫职能,注重群体保健;加强人员培养,增强队伍素质;提高临床水平,促进群体保健。Objective： To analyze the resource allocation and current situation of operation of maternal and child health institutions in Nanning city, provide guidance for standardized construction and scientific decision - making. Methods ： The national direct network re- port system of maternal and child health comprehensive information platform was used to analyze the data, including basic information, hu- man resource, equipment, service, population health care, and scientific research and teaching, reported by maternal and child health insti- tutions in Nanning city in 2010. Results： The maternal and child health institutions faced the problems including inadequate regards from the government, insufficient financial investment, lack of human resource, low quality of medical workers, imbalance of professional develop- merit, and weakness of scientific research and teaching. Conclusion： The main measures include persisting in government dominant model, increasing financial investment, enhancing the function of public health, paying attention to population health care, strengthening the training of medical workers, improving the quality of medical workers and their clinical level, and promoting population heath care.
