摘  要:针对目前汽车荷载检测的单一性,设计了一种全新的电容式汽车荷载传感器。根据汽车荷载检测的特殊性,应用电容的物理特性研究了传感器的工作原理和工作方式。按照汽车底盘的特点,恰当选择了传感器敏感元件的安装位置和安装方式。针对敏感元件的性能要求,合理选择了敏感元件的材料,优化设计了敏感元件的结构。并经过有限元法力学分析计算和模拟实验,证明敏感元件的性能完全符合设计要求。该传感器的研究为汽车载重量的检测提供了新的途径,具有实用和推广意义。A novel capacitive transducer with autocar load was designed in allusion to gauging single for the autocar load through the physical property of capacitance It was studied to work elements and work mode of the transducer according to measure special of autocar load. According to chassis characteristics, it was selected reasonably for fixing position and fixing mode of the component sensitive of the transducer. According to demand of performance of the component sensitive, it was selected to material, and the structure was designed reasonably. Its performance is accord with the demands by means of the mechanics analysed of the finite element and simulation tests. A new way is provided for the measure of autocar load through the investigation of transducer, and it has practical and extending significance.
