摘　　要：设计了基于Nios Ⅱ的嵌入式Profibus-DP从站控制器。一片装载了NIOS Ⅱ软微处理器的FPGA作为硬件载体协调其他电路完成控制任务,Profibus接口使用VHDL程序被设计为一个IP软核,该软件由UART接口、FDL的协议处理模块和Nios Ⅱ CPU接口组成。从站控制器应用于玻璃配料控制系统中,表现出较好的控制性能。An embedded PROFIBUS-DP slave station controller based on NIOS II has been designed in this paper.A chip of FPGA is selected as the hardware on which the controller has been realized.NIOS Ⅱ CPU embedded is adopted as the processor which coordinates the other circuits to finish the control task.The PROFIBUS interface is designed in the FPGA as an IP core using VHDL program.The IP core is mainly composed of UART interface,FDL protocol processing module and NIOS Ⅱ CPU interface.Applied in batching system for experiment,the controller represents satisfied performance.
