康复新液联合痰热清治疗普通型儿童手足口病35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康复新联合痰热清治疗普通型儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的70例手足口病患儿随机分成治疗组及对照组,两组均采用退热、补液等对症治疗,治疗组予康复新液含服、雾化口腔或外擦手、足部皮疹,3次/d,同时给予痰热清注射液0.3～0.5ml.kg-1.d-1加入5%葡萄糖液100～250ml静脉滴注。对照组给予外用阿昔洛韦乳膏涂擦皮疹,同时静脉点滴利巴韦林10～15mg.kg-1.d-1,2次/d。两组治疗5d为1个疗程。观察两组患者体温下降、皮疹消退情况。结果:两组患者的发热、皮疹消退等情况明显不同,治疗组效果较好,两组有统计学差异。结论:康复新液联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿手足口病普通型病例临床疗效明显,值得推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Tanreqing in- jection in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods： Seventy children with hand- foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The children in the treatment group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid combined with Tanreqing injection, where- as the children in the control group were treated with Ribavirin. The improvement times of clinical symptoms and signs were observed. Results：The fever and the rash withered away in the two group were obvious different. The therapeutic effects in the treatment groups was better with statistically significant. Conclusion： Kangfuxin liquid combined with Tanreqing injection is quite effective for hand-foot-mouth disease.
