锁定钢板治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折47例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用锁定钢板治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:应用锁定钢板治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折47例,观察术后骨折愈合及功能恢复情况。结果:本组45例患者术后获得随访,经随访平均9个月骨折均获愈合,2例患者开放骨折伤口感染,1例污染严重患者发生骨髓炎,经治疗骨折愈合。参照Judet的疗效评定方法:优26例,良13例,可5例,差1例,优良率为86.7%。结论:锁定钢板治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折临床效果满意,是较为理想的手术方式。Objective：To investigate the treatment effects of severe comminuted distal femoral frac- ture with locking plate. Methods：The fracture healing and functional recovery of 47 cases with se- vere comminuted distal femoral fracture treated by locking plate were observed. Results ：45 patients were followed-up, an average of 9 months, by all of fracture healing. 2 patients with open fracture had wound infection, one patient＇s wound with serious pollution had osteomyelitis. All of them were healed. Accordance with evaluation method of Judet： 26 cases were excellent, 13 cases good, 5 cases fair and one case was poor. The good rate was 86.7%. Conclusion：The treatment of corn- minuted distal femur with locking plate is an effective and simply way, it has fewer traumas, more firm fixation and better effect.
