摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对改善VVC患者治疗依从性和疗效的影响。方法:对100例VVC患者随机分为对照组50例和实验组50例,对照组采用一般行为指导及用药指导,实验组采用个体化的护理行为干预模式,比较两组治疗依从性的差异。结果:实验组治疗依从性及疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化护理干预为患者提供了便捷、有效的居家护理模式。Objective： To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the improvement of treatment compliance of the VVC patients and therapeutic efficacy. Methods： 100 VVC patients were divided into blank control group and experimental group at random, each of that comprised of 50 subjects. An individual nursing intervention model was adopted in experimental group and patients of control group were with a usual guidance in conduct and medicine. The difference in compliance and therapeutic efficacy between experimental group and control group were compared. Results： The treatment compliance and curative effect in experimental group were significantly excelled than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： A convenient and model of nursing at home is provided through the individual nursing intervention.
