摘 要:为了比较卫星搭载冰草种子苗期的抗旱性,试验在土壤干旱胁迫条件下,测定了植株叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,并且运用模糊隶属函数法对卫星搭载的27份材料的耐旱性进行了综合分析。结果表明:空间搭载对种苗生长的4项生理指标表现出正负2种效应;4项生理指标综合评价结果显示,空间环境处理的冰草抗旱性在A24、A25、A28株系的抗旱能力均优于对照。说明空间诱变可获得有价值的变异材料。To compare drought resistance at the seedling stage in Agropyron cristatum carried by a satellite, the experiment used the method of soil drought stress to appraise its drought resistance, determining the relative water content, chlorophyll content, MDA content and praline content of the leaves of the selected plants, analyzing the drought tolerance of 27 strains of Agropyron cristatum with fuzzy membership function. The results showed that space flight had the positive and negative effects on four physiological indices of the seedling growth. The synthetic evaluation of four physiological indices showed that the levels of drought resistance of Agropyron cristatum treated by space environment in A24, A28 and A25 strains were superior to that of the control. It concludes that valuable mutant materials can be obtained by space - induced mutation.
