摘　　要：目的:分析可能影响血液细胞分析的因素,为血液细胞分析时的质量控制提供依据。方法:分别从血液采集部位、静置时间、稀释后的静置时间、保存温度、抗凝剂、血液质量和仪器质量角度分析血细胞分析仪测量值的差异。结果:采集部位、静置时间、抗凝剂、血液质量均对PLT的测量结果影响较大;稀释后的样品2h后测量值即发生较大改变;仪器质量也严重影响测量结果。结论:严格检测的质控管理,才能减少误差。Objective：To analyze the possible factors influence on blood cells analysis and provide the basis for the quality control.Methods：To analyze the difference between the measured values of blood cell analyzer and blood collection site,the rest for time,diluted rest for time,keep temperature,anticoagulants,the quality of blood and instrument quality,respectively.Results：The measured results of PLT were affected by blood collection site,the rest for time,anticoagulants and the quality of blood.Diluted sample after 2 h measured value that was great changed.Instrument quality would affect the measurement results.Conclusion：Only strictly collection to control the quality of testing management can reduce the error.
