摘　　要：研究生的价值取向极大程度地影响到研究生的培养和就业。因此,作为面向研究生的思想政治教育工作者,必须理清研究生要塑造什么样的价值取向以及怎样去塑造等问题。具体而言,必须以"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观为指导,加强和改进研究生价值观的教育工作;加强校园文化建设,寓价值观教育于学习、科研和日常生活之中;加强与研究生的交流沟通,做研究生思想上的引领者、学术上的指导者以及生活上的示范者。Postgraduates＇ values plays an important role in their training and employment.As ideological and political education workers,specifying the values which postgraduates want to mold and how to mold are so essential.We should enhance and improve values education guided by the Three Represents Theory and the Scientific Outlook on Development.Strengthening the construc-tion of campus culture and combining values education with study,scientific research and daily life.Strengthening the communi-cation with postgraduates so as to be a vanguard in mind,a guider in academic fields,and an example in life.
