摘　　要：《古田会议决议》作为党的思想政治教育工作的第一个纲领性文件,它在时代背景的复杂性、思想政治工作的地位和作用面临的挑战、教育对象与教育内容、思想政治教育方式方法、思想政治教育主体等方面的内容对做好新时期党的思想政治教育工作有很大的启示和借鉴作用。＂Gutian Conference resolution＂ as the party＇s ideological and political education of the first programmatic document,it is the complexity of the historical background,ideological and political work challenges the status and role,the object of education and educational content,methods of ideological and political education,it has a great inspiration and reference to the main ideol-ogical and political education and other aspects of the Party＇s ideological and political education.
