摘　　要：根据904个调查样本分析得出,地方高校本科学生就业意愿主要呈现自主意识较强、就业预期谨慎、职业倾向性明显、基层就业意愿强等特征,并提出加强就业指导、就业平台建设、加大政府扶持力度等促进大学生就业的对策建议。Analysis of 904 survey samples drawn,the local university undergraduate student employment will mainly show a stron-g sense of ownership,employment is expected to care,vocational preference apparent characteristics of primary employment and strong will,and proposed to strengthen career guidance,employment platform,increase government support to promote the em-ployment of university students and other policy proposals.
