摘　　要：我国自1999年大学扩招以来，大学生就业困难的问题日益突出。大学生就业困难的原因包括但不局限于社会原因、学校原因和大学生自身原因。解决当前我国大学生就业困难的途径，包括加强高等教育的政策调控和强化对大学生的就业指导两个方面，具体表现在调整就业政策、规范人才市场、合理确定高等教育的规模和深化高等教育改革，以及加强和改进就业指导工作、大学生要端正就业心态，提高就业竞争力等几个方、面。在经济全球化、信息一体化和中国经济又好足快发展的背景下，我国对大学生的需求稳中有升。我们有理由相信，通过政府、社会、高校和学生的共同努力，大学生的就业问题可以得到较好的解决。The problem about unemployment of graduates is becoming more and more serious since the colleges in our country began to expand enrollment in 1999. The causes include but not limited to society, family and the graduates＇ own factors. To solve the problem, strengthening the control of higher education and intensifying the job guidance to undergraduates are two main aspects. To be specific, making adjustment in employment policy, standardizing the talent market order, rationalizing the scale of higher education and deepening it＇s reform, transitting the attitude of undergraduates toward employment and enhancing their employability and competitiveness, intensifying the job guidance and so on. In the background of economic globalization, information integration and the fast development of Chinese economy, the demand of the university students has been very firm and increasing. We believe that the problem about unemployment of graduates may be preferably settled through the joint effort by the government, society, colleges and graduates.
