摘　　要：PASSIM卷烟机平准器传动安全装置中保险螺钉的损坏，对产品质量、生产效率都有较大影响。本文在分析PASSIM平准器传动装置中保险螺钉的损坏而产生故障原因的基础上，论述了改进的平准器传动安全装置的结构与原理。应用表明：使用该装置，不仅大大减轻了更换维修劳动强度、提高了维修质量和工作效率，而且节约了备件费用。PASSIM cigarette machine safety stabilization device drives the screw in the insurance damage, product quality, produetion efficiency has a greater impact. Based on the analysis PASSIM stabilization devices in the insurance screw gear damage arising on the basis of the cause of failure, discusses the drive to improve the stabilization device structure and principle of safety devices. Applications that use the device, not only greatly reduce the labor intensity of replacement repair, improve service quality and efficiency, and save the cost of spare parts.
