二元经济结构与我国城乡经济发展模式关系研究

摘　　要：二元经济结构已经严重影响着城乡经济的和谐发展,并逐步演变成我国社会基本矛盾之一。彻底清除我国城乡二元经济结构是城乡经济社会协调发展的一项巨大艰巨的任务,涉及社会经济生活的各个方面。我国应改革现行户籍制度,促进城乡人口合理流动;深化农村土地改革,对农业结构进行战略性调整,繁荣农村经济;发挥市场机制的作用,促进城乡经济的协调发展;建立平等和谐的城乡关系,实现城乡经济一体化发展,共同繁荣。The dual eeanomy in China has seriously affected harmonious development of urban and rural economy, and gradually evolved into one of the basic social contradictions. The hard task to coordinate the development of urban and rural economy and society is to eliminate the dual economy in urban and rural areas. Accordingly, we should reform the current household registratiou system to promote sound movement of urban and rural pepulatlon, deepen land reform in ntral areas to develop rural economy by adjusting agieultural structure strategically, play the role of market mechanism to coordinate urban and rural ecanomy, and establish equal and harmonious relationship between urban and rural areas to reach mutual prosperity through integrating urban and nural economy.
