摘 要:采用不同方法对麦秸进行了改性处理,研究了改性前后麦秸的力学性能和表面结构特征,并就改性前后麦秸与硬化水泥浆体的相容性进行了对比分析。结果表明:经质量分数为5%的NaOH溶液浸泡麦秸秸秆12 h后,麦秸的酯类和糖类杂质溶出率为36.85%,麦秸的极限拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了104.81%和78.57%,且麦秸与硬化水泥浆体界面黏结得到改善。Wheat straw was modified by different solution,and the mechanical properties and surface structure features of wheat straw were studied,and the adaptability of wheat straw and harden cement paste was researched.The results show that,the various indexes of wheat straw fiber that was soaked by NaOH solutions(mass fraction 5%) for 12 hours were optimal,and the extraction rate of impurities from wheat straw was 36.85%.Moreover,its ultimate tensile strength and fracture elongation were respectively increased by 104.81%and 78.57%.Meanwhile,the interfacial adhesion of wheat straw and harden cement paste was improved.
