摘 要:笔者以盐生植物盐芥为材料,研究了不同浓度的镉(Cd2+)对种子萌发和生长的影响,以期为利用盐芥修复黄河三角洲等滨海盐碱地重金属污染提供依据.结果表明,当(Cd2+)浓度为0.25mmol·L-1时,盐芥种子的萌发率、发芽指数、发芽势和活力指数均下降,并且抑制了盐芥子Ht-的生长.随着镉浓度的增加,抑制作用明显增强,当镉浓度大于0.75mmol·L-1时盐芥种子的活力指数为0,子叶也停止生长.而且把未萌发的种子转移到不含镉的培养基上恢复后仍不再萌发.镉胁迫对盐芥根和芽的长度及生物量的抑制作用也随着(Cd2+)浓度的升高而增强,且对根的抑制效应大于芽.这些结果说明盐芥在萌发阶段对镉具有一定耐受性,但高浓度镉胁迫导致盐芥种子发生了不可逆的毒害.Halophyte TheUungiella hallophila was used to examine effects of different concentration of cadmium (Cd2+) on seed germination and growth. The results showed that seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index and growth of cotyledons of TheUungiella hallophila were all markedly reduced when concentration of (Cd2+) was higher than 0.25 mmol· L-1. Moreover, the inhibition increased with the increase of (Cd2+) concentration, and the vigor index was 0 and cotyledon growth was stopped when Cd2+ concentration was 0.75 mmol · L-1. Furthermore, the root length, bud length and biomass of Thellungiella hallophila seedlings were decreased with the increase of the Cd2+ concentration and cadmium had more inhibition on root than on shoot. These results suggest that Thellungiella hallophila is tolerant to Cd2+ in a certain range at the stage of seed germination and the inhibition of Cd2+ on the seed germination is irreversible.
