摘　　要：目的:探讨完全胸腔镜下肺叶切除手术的护理配合方法,总结护理配合的工作经验。方法:回顾58例完全胸腔镜下肺叶切除手术的护理配合,强调术前访视、充分准备器械物品及术中娴熟护理配合的重要性。结果:58例完全胸腔镜下肺叶切除手术的护理配合到位,手术顺利。结论:熟练掌握完全胸腔镜下肺叶切除手术的护理配合,是确保手术顺利完成的关键。To study the cooperation of surgical nurses during video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy.Methods： Cooperation characteristics and experience of surgical nurses in video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy for 58 patients were retrospectively reviewed.Careful preparation of surgical nurses before operation and good communication between surgical nurses and patients were the prerequisite for the successful operation.Rapid and accurate delivery of surgical instruments were important to the success of the operation.Results： Video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy for 58 patients were successfully completed.Conclusion：Video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy requires the effective cooperation of surgical nurses.Only by careful preparation and summarization of their experience,can such an operation procedure be successfully performed.
