40例帕金森病行立体定向手术的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:总结单侧脑核团Vim/Gpi立体定向毁损术治疗帕金森病患者的护理体会。方法:选择在某医院施行立体定向单侧脑核团Vim/Gpi毁损术治疗帕金森病患者40例,术后给予积极的临床护理和指导措施,防止各种并发症的发生。结果:40例患者中,肌僵直完全解除或震颤完全消失者28例,肌僵直明显缓解或震颤基本消失者12例,术后无神经系统严重并发症发生。结论:加强手术前后的临床护理,严密观察病情变化及预防并发症的发生,是促使帕金森病患者早日康复的重要措施。Objective：To summarize the nursing of the patitents with Parkinson’s disease operated by uni-nucelus Vim/Gpi damage under stereotactic technique.Methods： 40 patients with Parkinson’s disease,operated by uni-Vim/Gpi nucelus damage under stereotactic technique in author ward,After operations,we took a series of clinical nursing and guidance measures to prevent the complications.Results： The 40 patients were observated after operation without serious complications of nervous system,28 patients with the completedly recovery of myotonia or tremor,12 patients with obvious amelioration of myotonia or essential abolition of tremor.Conclusions： It was the considerable measures deployed to strengthen the nursing of peri-operation period to the Parkinsons’s disease,observe intimatly the patient’s condition and prevent the complications in order to enhance the rehabilitation ot patients with Parkinson’s disease.
