摘　　要：目的:探讨经鼻-蝶窦内镜下垂体瘤切除术患者的围手术期护理方法。方法:对21例行经鼻-蝶窦内镜下垂体瘤切除术患者进行围手术期护理。结果:21例患者垂体瘤均全部切除,经积极治疗与整体护理,均好转出院。结论:对经鼻-蝶窦内镜下垂体瘤切除术患者进行有计划、科学的围手术期护理,是保障手术安全、促进患者早日康复的关键。Objective：To explore the perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumor.Method： Perioperative nursing cares were done among twenty-one patients with pituitary tumor who underwent endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery.Result：The pituitary tumor of twenty-one patients were all removed.After receiving active treatment and overall nursing,all the patients were improved and discharged from hospital.Conclusion：For patients undergoing endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumor,planned scientific perioperative nursing is the key to safe operation and fast recovery of endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal patients.
