索拉非尼所致1例肺癌患者重度皮疹的护理体会

摘　　要：索拉非尼是一种新型的多靶点抗肿瘤药物,因临床应用时间较短,所以其不良反应的观察与护理需更为细致和全面。该文介绍了1例服用索拉非尼所致重度皮疹的患者,因兼患糖尿病,所以该患者皮肤不良反应较严重,通过有效的心理护理、合理及时的治疗、做好平时的健康教育才能促进患者的康复,预防并发症,提高生活质量。Sorafenib is a novel multi-target anticancer drugs.Because the clinical application time is short,so the observation of Sorafenib adverse reactions and the nursing needs to be more detailed and comprehensive.This paper selects a case of taking Sorafenib in patients with severe skin rash caused by,and because of diabetes,so the skin of the patient with adverse reaction is more serious.It is only through the effective psychological nursing,reasonable and timely treatment,the ordinary health education that can promote the rehabilitation of the patients,prevent complications,and improve the quality of life.
