高血压脑出血术后继发脑梗塞7例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压脑出血(HICH)术后继发脑梗塞的原因和有效的预防措施。方法:回顾性分析2008年6月至2011年6月我科收治的HICH术后并发脑梗塞患者7例的临床资料。结果:6月后死亡和中残各2例,植物生存、重残及恢复良好各1例。结论:高血压脑出血继发脑梗塞由一种或多种因素相互作用所致,治疗措施不恰当可导致不良预后。Objective： To investigate the causes, prevention and therapy of postoperative cerebral infarction in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage （HICH）. Methods： The clinical data of 7 patients with brain infarct after operation of HICH were analyzed retrospectively from Jun 2008 to Jan 2011. Results： After six mouths treatment,there were 2 cases dead and 2 cases mid-range disability respectively,good recovery,plant survival and severe disability was 1 case respectively. Conclusion： The main reason for HICH combined postoperative cerebral infarction could be caused by one or multiple reasons. The prognosis may poor if the patients did not receive proper treatments.
