摘 要:电子商务是一种新兴的商贸方式,目前尚无既定的发展模式可循,各地都在结合自身实际进行探索。本文通过对江阴市电子商务发展情况的调研,指出电子商务发展对江阴市经济社会的贡献和发展的难点。同时提出县级城市发展电子商务必须因地制宜、因势利导,抓好三个工作环节。Electronic commerce,as a newly-born business mode,has to rely on the respective realities in different regions to develop specifically with no fixed model to follow.In the light of the scenario of the e-commerce in Jiangyin,this article aims to list the social economic benefits incurred by the popularization of e-commerce.Obviously,it has sped up the market transition,strengthened the headquarters economy,stimulated the domestic consumption,broadened foreign trade channels and widened the employment ways.But there are still some difficulties lying ahead: firstly,Jiangyin lacks giants in the line of e-business;secondly,Jiangyin doesn't have enough supports from the central government;thirdly,the number of advanced intellectuals is far behind the requirement of social progressing.Therefore,for those county-level cities,they should firmly grasp two key points in their work to further develop their e-commerce: adjusting measures to the local conditions and making the best use of the circumstances.
