摘　　要：农村物流是连接农村与城镇物资流通的纽带。从系统性、高效性、便捷性和低成本性四个维度,构建了农村物流系统的评价指标体系。对江苏省农村物流系统的评价表明,农村物流服务能力与区域经济发展水平紧密相关,从苏南、苏中到苏北,农村物流服务水平呈梯度下降;农村物流的标准化程度和信息化水平还较低;农村物流成本居高不下制约了区域经济的发展。Rural logistics plays a significant role in the commodity circulation linkages between the urban areas and the rural areas.In the process of constructing the index evaluation mechanism for the rural logistics system,four dimensions should be taken seriously： systematicness,efficiency,convenience and low costs.The assessment of the rural logistics system in Jiangsu Province shows that logistics service capability in the countryside is closely related to the regional economy： from the southern parts to the middle then to the northern parts of Jiangsu,standards of the rural logistics services show a gradient descent.On the other hand,standardization as well as informatization of the rural logistics are still in a low level while its cost is solidly relatively high,which have restricted the economic development in the rural areas to a great extent.
