摘　　要：高校教学和科研工作的迅速发展,向图书资料工作提出了新的要求和挑战,高校资料室的工作改革势在必行。从教学与科研工作的长远发展、改革的关键及改革的方向等3个方面,论述了高校资料室工作的改革。The rapid development of university’s teaching and scientific research puts forward the new requirements and challenges for the work of university reference room, and the reform of the reference room work is imperative. From three aspects of the long-term development of teaching and scientific research, the keys of the reform and the directions of the reform, this paper discusses the reform of the work of university reference room.
