摘　　要：针对高校图书馆的特点,从系统建设原则和系统解决方案两个方面阐述了高校图书馆安防监控系统工程建设。In the light of the features of university library, this paper expounds the construction of university library’s security monitoring system from two aspects of the system’s construction principles and solutions.
