丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠(TSN)联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病并发心律失常的临床疗效。方法:60例冠心病合并频发房、室性早搏、房性心动过速患者随机分为常规组和TSN组(常规+TSN治疗);比较两组心律失常发作次数。结果:经24h动态心电图检查,TSN组频发房性早搏((86.7±53.1)次)、频发室性早搏((126.7±58.6)次)、房性心动过速((1.4±0.4)次)较对照组((214.6±120.6)、(264.0±117.5)、(4.1±1.0)次))明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:TSN联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并频发房、室性早搏、房性心动过速疗效确切,且优于常规治疗。Objective：To study the effect of tashinoneⅡA-sulfoacid-natrum（TSN）associated with metoprolol on the patients of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods：Sixty patients with coronary heart disease combined with frequently premature atrial contraction,frequently premature ventricualr contraction,auricular tachycardia were divided into conventional group and TSN group（conventional therapy＋TSN）.The frequencies of arrhythmia between two groups were compared.Results：By 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram,the frequently premature atrial contraction（（86.7±53.1））,frequently premature ventricualr contraction（（126.7±58.6））,auricular tachycardia（（1.4±0.4））in the TSN group decreased obviously,compared with conventional group（（214.6±120.6）,（264.0±117.5）,（4.1±1.0））（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TSN associated with metoprolol is effective on the patients of coronary heart disease combined with frequently premature atrial contraction,frequently premature ventricualr contraction,auricular tachycardia.
