摘  要:平均粒径、附着率、喷雾速率、喷射力、雾型等影响到气雾剂产品的喷雾效果,是气雾剂‘产品的的重要指标。本文通过单因素实验法,探讨了气雾漆料气比对喷雾效果的影响,综合考虑全国气候条件、产品安全、经济效益,优选出以二甲醚为抛射剂气雾漆的最佳料气比,为进行该种剂型的灌装工艺设计提供参考。Average diameter of particle, adhesion rate, spraying speed, spraying power and spraying atomization, which can effect the spraying atomization are the key indexes of aerosol products. This article mainly does the research on spraying atomiztion of aerosol paint at different ratio of material tO gas by single factor experiment. Considering the factors of climate all over the country, product security and economic benefits etc, we choose the best ratio of material to gas by using dimethyl ether as propellant, so as to give references for designing of filling technics.
