摘 要:为研究某自动榴弹发射器射击时的动态特性,将弹链和枪架腿杆考虑为柔性体,运用ADAMS和ANSYS软件建立了该榴弹发射器的刚柔耦合动力学模型,确定了膛底压力、导气装置的气室压力、抽壳阻力、弹簧作用力等载荷参数,并验证了模型的可信度.在此基础上,研究了弹丸、枪管、自动机、复进簧和供弹机构等部件的动力学特性;分析了射角和自动方式对自动机运动特性的影响.仿真结果表明,该榴弹发射器结构设计合理,身管短后坐-导气式的混合式自动方式能够保证自动机在不同射角下完成各项动作,供弹机构工作可靠.To study the launch dynamic characteristics of Automatic Grenade Launcher (AGL), ammunition belt and three-legged were considered as flexible-body, and a rigid-flexible coupling model of the AGL was established by the software ADAMS and ANSYS. The load parameters such as breech pressure, gas chamber pressure of gas operated device, extraction resistance and spring acting force, were determined. The reliability of the model was validated. On this foundation,the dynamic characteristics of projectile, barrel, automatic mechanism, counter-recoil spring and feed mechanism,were researched. The effects of different firing angles and automatic mode on automatic mechanism motion characteristics were analyzed. The simulation results show that the design of this AGL is feasible. The short recoil-operated action and gas operation automatic mechanism make sure that the automatic mechanism can complete all function at different firing angles ,and the feed mechanism works reliably.
