非病毒性肝炎引起肝功能异常的病因分析

摘　　要：目的了解非病毒性肝炎引起肝功能异常的常见病因。方法回顾性分析我院72例不明原因肝功能异常患者行肝活检的结果,分析非病毒性肝炎引起肝功能异常的常见病因。结果非病毒性肝炎的不明原因肝功能异常患者中,脂肪肝占19.44%,自身免疫性肝病占23.61%,药物性肝损伤占8.33%,先天性黄疸占6.94%,仍有19.44%原因不明。结论肝活检是诊断肝功能异常病因的重要手段,脂肪肝和自身免疫性肝病为最常见的病因。Objective To analyzed common causes of the dysfunction of liver which caused not by viral hepatitis.Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital 72 cases of unexplained liver function abnormalities in patients with liver biopsy results,analysis of the common cause of abnormal liver function in non-viral hepatitis.Results Non-viral hepatitis of unknown cause in patients with liver dysfunction,fatty liver accounted for 19.44%,23.61% of autoimmune liver disease,liver damage of drugs is 8.33%,congenital jaundice accounted for 6.94%,19.44% still unexplained.Conclusion liver biopsy play more important role in the diagnosis of unknown origin of liver dysfunction,fatty liver and autoimmune liver disease are the most common cause.
